Meet Kim Fader, owner of Ancient City Accounting in St. Augustine, FL, has been in the accounting field for over 20 years. She became a licensed enrolled agent in 2001. In September of 2010 Kim opened the doors of Ancient City Accounting and has been helping local businesses and individuals with their accounting and tax needs ever since. She and her family moved to St. Augustine in 2002 from Massachusetts, and really love it here.

Marianne K. Maguire

Office Manager/Bookkeeper

Marianne grew up in Ocean City, NJ and graduated from of La Salle University. Though her background is in social work and genealogical research, she joined Ancient City Accounting in December of 2012. She keeps the office running smoothly as well as performs bookkeeping services.  Marianne enjoys staying fit by participating in TKD, running, mountain biking, kayaking and other outdoor adventures.

Joanne Wharton

Bookkeeper

Joanne joined Ancient City Accounting in the summer of 2013 after relocating here from Colorado. She has been a bookkeeper and manager of personal and corporate accounts for over 14 years. She has an extensive background in QuickBooks. She is an avid cross-country skier and hiker but is looking forward to renewing her love of biking and swimming in the Florida sunshine.

Doug Snodgrass

Accountant

Doug joined Ancient City Accounting in January of 2014.  He relocated here from Southern New Jersey in 2009.  Doug became a licensed CPA in 1981.  He has over 30 years experience in tax preparation for individuals and small businesses.  Doug is here throughout our busy season to help process tax return filings.  He enjoys golf and being outdoors.

Gracie McKenna

Accountant

Gracie graduated from Flagler College with a BA in Business Administration.  She has since worked as a QuickBooks trainer and accountant.  Gracie earned her Enrolled Agent license in 2007.  She and Kim met while working for a CPA firm together in Jacksonville ten years ago.  She lives in St. Augustine Beach with her daughters.

Raymi
Vontz

Accountant

Raymi Vontz was raised in south Jacksonville Beach, Florida and graduated from the University of North Florida. In 1985, Raymi received her Florida license to practice Certified Public Accounting, and began her financial tax career with Coopers & Lybrand. She has joined the ACA team during busy season to help clients with their tax filings and future planning. Tennis with her husband and beach time with her grandchildren are her most favorite activities.

Jennie Morris

Bookkeeper

Jennie comes to us from Creative Learning Corporation where she was Director of Accounting for five years. 

Jennie is QuickBooks certified and has many years’ experience in the Executive Administrative field.  When Jennie is not spending time traveling to horse competitions to watch her daughter compete, or watching her son play Division 1 golf, you can find her at the gym, running or swimming laps.

Lynda Lucano

Office Manager

Lynda joined Ancient City Accounting in August of 2017 after relocating from Southern New Jersey with her family. She has been an administrative assistant in the accounting field for over 14 years. Lynda enjoys spending time with her husband and twin daughters, as well as her 3 Chihuahuas. She is looking forward to settling in and experiencing all that St Augustine has to offer.

LaKay Cornell 

Accountant

LaKay Cornell is an active member of both the women business owners and creative communities in St. Augustine and is passionately dedicated to helping people achieve their business dreams with mindful finance practices.  She has been using QuickBooks for over 15 years and has been working specifically with small businesses and entrepreneurs for the past 5.  She is a graduate of Boston College Law School and has her Masters of Law in Tax from the University of Missouri, Kansas City.  Although she grew up in the Midwest, she now considers herself a true East Coast girl and can’t imagine ever living more than an hours drive from the ocean.
