Kim Fader
Kim Fader, owner of Ancient City Accounting has been in the accounting field for over 25 years. She became an Enrolled Agent in 2001. In September of 2010, Kim opened the doors of Ancient City Accounting. She and her family moved here in 2005 from Massachusetts and since then has embraced the oldest city life. She restored our 1899 building so when she’s working overtime during tax season, she’s in a beautiful historic spot. When she’s not at the office you might see her driving around town in her red 1952 pickup truck.
Lynda Lucano
Lynda joined Ancient City Accounting in August of 2017 after relocating from Southern New Jersey with her family. She has been an administrative assistant in the accounting field for nearly 20 years. She manages the day-to-day operations of the office and ensures that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Lynda enjoys spending her free time with her husband and twin daughters, as well as her 3 Chihuahuas.
Doug Snodgrass
Doug joined Ancient City Accounting in January of 2014. He relocated from Southern New Jersey in 2009. Doug became a licensed CPA in 1981. He has over 40 years’ experience in tax preparation for individuals and small businesses. Doug is here throughout our busy season to help process tax return filings. He enjoys golf and being outdoors.
Kelley Harvey
Kelley graduated with a dual degree in Accounting and Business Administration, with a concentration in management. She has worked in the accounting field for over 20 years and joined Ancient City Accounting in 2019. Kelley enjoys spending time with her husband, Mike, and her twins, Allyson and Justin. Since moving from Cincinnati in 2015, they are enjoying Florida life to the fullest.
Luanne Costa
Luanne joined Ancient City Accounting in January of 2020. Originally hired for tax season, she had so much fun she came back for the fall as well. Luanne was an Assistant Vice President with Merrill Lynch in Manhattan for 30 years and moved to St. Augustine in 2018 with her husband. She enjoys traveling, including visiting her children several times a year.
Sandra Dornford
Sandra transitioned after 22 years in the Navy in 2012. She relocated back to her home state of Florida, then attended UNF and graduated with a degree in accounting in 2016. She has worked as a bookkeeper, and AP Specialist. She started working at Ancient City Accounting in 2021. She loves to travel, spend time with family, and going to the beach.
Josh Diaz
Josh is our Accounting Manager. He graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in accounting. He previously worked with several CPA firms in South Florida and Gainesville and joined our team in the Fall of 2022. During hurricane season you may see him paddleboarding to work. Besides being outdoors, Josh enjoys jogging, exercise sports, and spending time with his dog Lilly.
Debbie Dyer
Debbie joined Ancient City Accounting in August 2022 after relocating to Florida from Connecticut. Debbie has been in the accounting field for over 30 years which includes 6 years of tax preparation. She enjoys golf, boating, and holds two positions as Treasurer for the Fraternal Order of Eagle #4256 in St. Augustine.
Fran Leguillow
Fran joined Ancient City Accounting in January 2022 in a Data Entry Position. She is a graduate from Hofstra University with a BA of Business Administration/Accounting in 1991. She is a retired NYC Sheriff Sergeant. Her last 15 years of service with the NYC Sherriff’s Office, she served as the Chief of Security for the NYC Office of Emergency Management. Retiring with 27 years of service in 2018. Fran and her husband enjoy traveling with friends and family as well as spending quality time with their grandkids and their nephew and nieces.
Michelle Neal
Michelle joined Ancient City Accounting in 2023. She attended the University of Illinois, where she had an athletic scholarship for gymnastics, and graduated with a degree in Accounting. Being a collegiate athlete taught her discipline and dedication and now has a lifelong passion for fitness and wellness. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and exploring new places through travel. Costa Rica is currently her favorite destination. She also loves music and is always up for going out to see live music.
Heidi Muddiman
Heidi joined Ancient City Accounting in 2024. She has been in the tax/accounting field for over 25 years. She grew up in the Philadelphia area working with her dad as he owned his own Tax business. Number crunching and tax accounting has always been a part of her upbringing.
Heidi has been in the St. Augustine area for over 19 years since moving from Philadelphia with her family. Heidi enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 sons, and puppies Piper and Fee. She also enjoys decorating and celebrating with her family on fun holidays including Donut Day and Ice Cream Day!
Dean Manolis
Dean joined Ancient City Accounting in January of 2024. He relocated from the Cape Cod area of Massachusetts in 1998 and has been enjoying the Florida lifestyle since then. Dean has been preparing taxes since 2009 and became an Enrolled Agent in 2014. He enjoys traveling with his wife and gardening in the great outdoors.
